Our annual 4th of July celebration was held on the 3rd this year.The excitement this year was the horse rides.The new neighbors from up the road raise Clydesdale horses and have a replica of a Conestoga wagon. We planted a garden this year and it is doing awesome!We have peas, carrots, onions, tomatoes, strawberries, broccoli, cabbage, basil, and cilantro. We are hoping to see some squash, cucumbers, peppers, pumpkins, and watermelon soon.The boys love it! They help water the garden, and they will eat anything we pull from it!
A few Saturdays ago, we went on a walk around the lake to feed ducks and decided to have a picnic as well. It was a beautiful day!!
